I am from Ukraine. Sorry for my English. There are two big heights on Ukraine: Pridneprovskaya and Podolskaya (higher), on the right bank of Dnieper. It is no doubt, that significant part of this territory will not be covered by ocean after a Pole Shift. However, would you be so kind to say what climate we have to expect on this places. And may it be a desert in a future? What influence from European volcanoes will be on this territory? What probability of Firestorms during the Shift, taking in attention odd oilfield near Poltava (there are no volcanoes in Ukraine)? If these heights are unfit as a good place for living after a Pole Shift, would be it better to consider mountains (the Carpathians or Crimea) as a shelter for Ukrainians?

We recently addressed the Urkaine in great detail, and have recently hinted broadly how the public can do their own research to verify the safety of the chosen locations for the pole shift. The time will soon arrive when Nancy will no longer be available to scold the public and point them to the tools they could themselves have used. We are thus using this opportunity to scold and advise when there is still time for ourselves or our emissary to take endless questions on matters either already answered or where the answer is within the tools available to the public.

Step 1 is to research your location in the Safe Locations information on the ZetaTalk website. In this you should examine not only your country, your state or province, or your city but also any nearby. Your specific town may not be covered but the whole river valley may be predicted to flood and to flood permanently. This would be a clue that your specific town will be likewise affected. We cannot and have not addressed every spot on Earth, due to time and energy constraints, as we expect you to have a brain and take this approach.

Step 2 is to research your location from the standpoint of the climate that will exist after the pole shift. This is quickly ascertained by looking at the New Geology map. This is a free map which can be cut out and taped together and will give a general idea of the latitude to expect. If your chosen location is where one of the new poles will be, this is a clue that you need to rethink or plan a migration route.

Step 3 is to research your elevation above sea level. A handy and free tool is Google Earth which can be downloaded into a PC and will show the exact elevation of any spot the cursor passes over.Google Maps is a modified version that allows a color coded map based on elevation. Our advice to be 100 miles from a coastline and 200 feet above sea level to avoid the coastal tidal waves during the pole shift should be applied. You can determine your current elevation and whether your location will be 675 feet above sea level where the water will rise within 2 years after the pole shift. Arough guide in this matter is the map Nancy created.

Step 4 is to determine if you are in one of those regions which will rise or fall. India and western Australia will be below the waves as of the time of the pole shift, and being pushed down before the pole shift. Japan gains 150 feet, New Zealand gains 500 feet and eastern Australia benefits also, Spain loses 50 feet, western UK loses 150 feet, New England gains 450 feet due to the Seaway rip, Florida loses 150 feet, and Vancouver Island gains 100 feet.

Step 5 is to research the effect of swollen rivers which will likely be in a backwash during the pole shift. We have stated that all rivers will be over their banks, so the worst possible scenario should be assumed. What will happen if the river cannot drain? Despite having a good sea level elevation, any land that does not have an advantage of being at least 200 feet in elevation over a major river bottom in the vicinity is likely to be flooded. A backwash from the main river in your vicinity should be assumed, so that creeks will not drain, for instance. Water on the move tears and bites and scours, and will undercut the soil under buildings so they will tilt and tumble. Being on solid rock that will not melt in this scenario is advised. Tidal bore along cliffs facing the ocean can likewise have water climbing up, or funneled up by ravines which will direct water all the way to Guadalajara from the Pacific, for example. Think this through, for your location, and be on the safe side.

Step 6 is to examine your volcanic or geographic risk due to mountain building. We have advised a 100 mile radius from all volcanoes that have been active within the last 10,000 years, and that Yellowstone will not become a super volcano. You can determine if the new westerly winds will blow volcanic ash in your direction. Consider that what was formerly north will now be west or east. Fire storms, though extremely rare, almost always occur near erupting volcanoes during the hour of the pole shift. We have advised that if in areas subject to mountain building that old rock not shattered is a good guide to what will survive, and newly fractured rock is a clue that more of the same might be expected. Older mountains as the Alps and Appalachians are considered safe, where the Sierras and Andes are building.

Step 7 is to ascertain if you need a migration route. It is possible to survive the pole shift by avoiding tidal waves and staying outside of structures that will crush you, but to be in a position to be flooded within 2 years after the pole shift. Siberia is a case in point. Here the land is so low in elevation that vast swaths of land will be flooded, and survivors must plan to migrate on foot or via boat. Survivors near the new N Pole off the Bulge of Brazil might consider migrating toward the Andes and their familiar tropical warmth. Such migration, and your target location, can be plotted. Migration routes can be expected to be crowded, so should be avoided as a location for survival camps in general.

There were/are, indeed, low cost electrical power, tax and land incentives to attract both of these fierce Internet & IT technology industry competitors. However, it seems more than coincidental that both of these massive data centers - which, in effect, constitute the construction of the largest new Internet backbone node in the entire United States - were purpose built in a distinctly non-techie, rural and relatively unknown and sparsely populated area of North Carolina. At locations about 100 miles distance from the ZT recommended 100 mile outer danger boundary marker of and at 700+ foot altitudes above the ZT projected 200 foot altitude impact of any Pole Shift related east coast tsunami. Plus both of these locations are at least 225+ feet above the ZT projected 675 foot altitude Pole Shift Aftermath flood zone in North Carolina. And it connects to Virginia, the geographical left hand seat of U.S. political power! Would ZT care to comment if these moves merely represent a forcing function of cutting edge industry economics and competitive strategy factors - OR - if these maneuvers are disguised strategies to deal with the potential adverse impact of Pole Shift. Damage to the corporate influence and control of information flow in the AfterTime of two of America's most important information technology and data/media networking companies. Ergo control of the population in the AfterTime via control of the information flow (Google for information control and Apple for controlled entertainment of the populous)?

A graphical map representation of the U.S. IP (Internet) backbone shows that the major east coast backbone route links the major Internet node of Atlanta to the major Internet node of Virginia/Washington, D.C. Hickory, NC is about midway along this route between Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Both Maiden and Lenoir, the rural hosts for these massive new data centers, are located within 20 miles of Hickory, NC. The elevation of Maiden, NC is 899 feet and it is located approximately 180 miles from its nearest eastern coastline at Myrtle, South Carolina. The elevation of Lenoir, NC is 1182 feet and at its closest reach is located about 210 miles from the east coast.

These two companies are quite obviously aggressive competitors who need to differentiate their strategies, it seems quite coincidental and statistically implausible that these competitors would choose to almost co-locate within 30 miles of one another in a backwoods, non-techie, sparsely populated and relative unknown region of North Carolina near the base of the Appalachian mountains. Are these maneuvers related to the mounting necessity of the government and the elite to locate massive data centers in a Pole Shift safe region of North Carolina that is far enough away from and high enough to avoid damage from a tsunami effecting the east coast, as well as provide elevation safety from the 675 foot high future sea level within 2 years of the Pole Shift?

The wealthy elite have long considered North Carolina an ideal spot for their pole shift enclaves. As much as we preach that the world's infrastructure will go down and not come back, this arrogant crowd thinks otherwise. They are prepared to rebuild the world's Internet from the backwoods of North Carolina, with massive databases filled with cached data from which websites lost elsewhere in the world can be rebuilt. They are presuming that hydroelectric power can be gotten from the many streams and the rapid drop in elevation in many places in the Appalachian mountains. Where all of this is true,all structures will sustain damage in the magnitude 9 quakes striking worldwide. Surfing the Internet will be the last thing on anyone's mind in the aftermath of the horror. The estates of the rich will be shattered and collapsed, the servants run off, the guards getting uppity, food stocks being pillaged by animals and looters, and reports from elsewhere around the world bringing news that elsewhere, it is no better. Then our description of the broken link whereby technology will not return applies. Electricity will come from generators, which will run out of fuel quickly. The assumption that the US government would establish supply lines quickly will meet reality when the military either does not show up or shows up with demands to be fed and housed. Google and Yahoo will be just another death as a result of the pole shift.

After launching the war and achieving their purpose of eradicating the world population, the truce will be announced, a worldwide powerful and centralized government will be managed to build up in order to govern various countries. This tends to enrage the Service-to-Self, who make threats and attempt to intimidate. It ispredictable that starvation would increase as the time of the pole shift approached, due to the Earth changes anticipated. Starvation predictably has two factors that would impel toward war. Leaders frequently point the finger across the border to blame another country or culture so as to focus the anger in the citizenry away from the leaders. And often, when one country seems to have more food and good fortune than another, there is a prize to be sought by invasion. We have stated that WW III will not occur, though sabre rattling will occur, because there is no prize to be gained by an invasion. All are suffering, and none have food stocks. The invasion of Iraq was for oil, but even this prize can no longer muster enthusiasm for an invasion.

The elite, being basically of the Service-to-Self orientation, like rules and structure. This is true of organized religion and royalty too. Thus the association of the elite with organizations like theMasons, which are so highly structured. The elite are also variously classified into the Illuminati or the New World Order crowd, but regardless of how classified, the organization and focus of the elite remains the same. Those in the Service-to-Self do not care about the suffering of others, and look upon the common man as a commodity to be used for their benefit. If the common man is useful as a slave labor force, then keep them. If not, then eliminate them as a worrisome threat as they may potentially spread disease or riot. The stories of plans to eliminate vast swaths of the populace bybiological warfare or pandemics, the spread of disease via vaccinations or chemtrails, and forced labor camps whereby only the hale would survive have their basis in fact, as we have so often pointed out.

The Bush/Cheney administration was very much in sympathy with these efforts and attempted to facilitate this agenda. Since losing the White House when no longer able to effect election fraud via their paperless Diebold voting machines and frank manipulation of voter tallies, those supporting the Bush/Cheney administration have gone underground. Due to Japan's position on fault lines that lie under the ocean as well as land, tidal waves will result on occasion from these increasingly severe plate adjustments. Those living in coastal cities will thus find tidal waves resulting from earthquakes increasing in severity as well as the earthquakes themselves, leading up to the pole shift itself. The relatively narrow land will be battered and shaken, leaving the populace with few places to go. The tsunami press will be largest directly at right angles from the islands, assaulting the coasts so the water is forced up into the highlands, not along the coasts at an angle such that the force of the water might be turned out to sea. In some cases, during the pole shift, the water will rise high enough to surge completely over the islands, washing them clean. For Japan, there will be no safe place. It is like asking where in a tornado one should stand to avoid the tearing of the wind! So much is unpredictable. Due to the crumbling of the Philippine Plate, the region near the southern part of the Japanese islands does not get pushed up as far, as that which would subduct under southern Japan finds an easier path through the crumble. One of the volcanos in the Caulle Cordon of southern Chile erupted violently Saturday, billowing smoke and ash high into the sky and prompting more than 3,500 people living nearby to evacuate. Authorities initially said the Puyehue volcano was involved, but later said the eruption was occurring about 2½ miles from that peak. A rift more than six miles long and three miles across was torn in the earth's crust. The eruption from the fissure was not the only news, as a river nearby began boiling from the heat of the Earth. Boiling rivers are not new, in rock lying above areas subject to intense subduction. This part of the Andes is a point where pressure to push over the Nazca Plate just to the west is intense. (Nazca Plate...see picture below)

The usually chilly river temperature of six degrees has been raised to an average of around 45 degrees by the eruption.
